Our site is dedicated to stamp-dealers and other serious stamps buyers. Only the registrered users can see the prices and price-lists. Delivery and payment terms are flexible and to be agreed individually. Your inquiries are welcome.
Please find bellow our TERMS OF TRADE:
1° New issue information:
Our newsletters may be sent by e-mail (a message with a link to our website) or by post (a colorful leaflet & price-list). The latter mentioned paper version shall be sent after reception of your explicit demand. In case of no orders received from you during last few months, the shipments of paper version may be discontinued. In order to preserve the environment consider seriously before asking for a paper version.
2° Delivery:
Orders are normally sent in 1-2 working days since receipt of clear order & complete payment. If you wish to be served very quickly please use our shopping cart (avoid free form descriptions so we do not have questions to ask you) and make sure that your payment always reaches us in time.
Default delivery form is registered priority mail. You may request other delivery forms: EMS, DHL, FedEx, etc. which costs may vary greatly and shall be calculated individually.
3° Payment methods:
We accept the following payment methods: wire transfer, bank draft, pay-pal, credit cards (Visa & EC/Mastercard), cash by post (on your own risk) - contact us for additional information.
4° Not available items:
Some items may be sold out or temporarily unavailable at the moment of the receipt of your order - thank you for your understanding. We may use the following abbreviations: NAS - not available for a short period - will be supplied automatically with our next shipment (you will not be charged for extra shipping costs) or the actual shipment may be hold if the missing items are expected to arrive in a few days. NAL - not available for a long period - you will be given credit for the amount of those items and if they appear available again later, we will ask you to reconfirm your order before sending those. S/O - sold out - no future delivery expected.
5° Extra costs: VAT (value added tax) & shipping:
for the customers from the EU without valid VAT number,
VAT 21% (actual rate in Lithuania) is extra to the total of the order,
there is no minimum order requirement but as we are the wholesalers, the minimum shipping & handling costs to be charged are 7,50 EUR per order, for the bigger orders the actual shipping costs (the postage) shall be charged,
for the customers from the non-EU countries:
VAT is 0% but you may expierence certains duties at your Customs (let's know if you wish the invoices to be sent separately from the products),
there is no minimum order requirement but as we are the wholesalers, the minimum shipping & handling costs to be charged are 9,50 EUR per order, for the bigger orders the actual shipping costs (the postage) shall be charged.
6° Returns:
Returns are not accepted, excepting our errors - thank you for your understanding. In case of our error, when returning from the outside of EU, please contact us for special instructions before posting any item.
7° Special terms for special projects:
Special terms may be established to media or collectibles' marketing companies in case of particular projects & events. Do not hesitate to contact us.
